We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced End-to-End Sales Individual Contributor to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals, and securing repeat purchases.

You will play a crucial role in achieving our revenue goals and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities
  • Own the revenue goal for a defined region and segment, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Work with channel partners to build a robust pipeline and close deals efficiently.
  • Partner with accounts team to identify and source appropriate hives for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with accounts and architect teams to scope projects accurately and ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Co-manage customer relationships alongside the accounts team to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Provide support for the GTM tooling team to enhance sales tools and processes.
  • Conduct research to support business expansion into new markets.
  • Provide reporting and presentation support for investor relations and key presentations.
  • Own and develop sales collaterals such as pitch decks and documentation to support the sales process.
  • As the sales team grows, lead, coach, and develop the Business Development team to drive top-of-funnel pipeline in conjunction with marketing and channel partner efforts.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in end-to-end sales, preferably in a technology environment
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in creating compelling sales presentations and documentation.
  • Understanding of or ability to learn the software development lifecycle, common development frameworks, and processes, including AI/ML Ops.
  • Preferred Experience: developing relationships with channel partnerships to secure sales referrals.
