This event is in partnership with DT|UX Summit 2024, Singapore Polytechnic, and Ateneo de Manila University.
​Don is a distinguished professor emeritus at the University of California San Diego.
​He was the founding director of the Design Lab and founding chair of the Department of Cognitive Science.
​Don co-founded the Nielsen Norman Group and was also a former Vice President of Apple.
​He is a member of the National Academy of Engineering and the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. He has three honorary degrees.
​Don is most known for authoring 21 books including Emotional Design, Design of Everyday Things, and Design for a Better World: Meaningful, Sustainable, Humanity Centered.
​The DT|UX Summit 2024 is set to be a pivotal event in the design and innovation landscape. This year, the summit marks its first venture beyond Singapore, hosted by Ateneo de Manila University in collaboration with the Ateneo Business Resource Center, Ateneo Intellectual Property Office, and Singapore Polytechnic. Centered on the theme "Sustainable Futures: Designing for Tomorrow through Humanity-Centric Innovation," the summit will explore the intersection of design thinking, user experience, and technology.
