ABOUT THE EVENT

In this Salon, Cedric will tackle ‘Design justice’ as an approach to design that challenges the status quo and in parallel examine why ethics is part of our job as creators—inviting us to reexamine how might we create better futures through design and tech.

In particular, we'll talk about:

  1. How might this new concept (Design Justice) be relevant today e.g. what problems does it tackle and respond to
  2. Learn the principles underneath the concept
  3. Know why ethics shouldn’t be an afterthought + go beyond intentionality
